Healthy Living

She has been drinking.


Nw she has started smoking.


Thus all the more she needs to start a healthy regime to counter her weakness.


Thurs: Swimming.


Fri: Jogging.


Weekends: Gym.


Other days when at home will b hoola hoop n skipping.


Hopefully in tis way i cn slim down too.


I wanna lose to the weight of 48kg.


Another 3kg to go. =)
